The location was peaceful and decent to Buckingham palace and the atmosphere was calming. Knowledgeable and fine team, they made me feel welcome. I enjoyed neat rooms with a shower and a shared bathroom plus a balcony.

the hotel was chosen for the convenience of the location. The rooms are basic and the breakfast adequate, however the staff are friendly and helpful and it's good value for money considering it's location in central London.

Nichts.

Room was very basic but clean and the bed was comfortable.
Staff were sullen, not a smile between them. Interior has poor decor and in need of a lick of paint.

Its location. Free access to Internet. Comparatively calm.
Old-fashined keys should be changed for magnetic cards. Staff should help to bring the luggage on top flours.

Great value for money. It was clean and we had a comfortable stay (beds extremely comfy). It was very close to the tube and the theatres in Victoria. It had 24 hour access. We could leave our bags during the day we checked out until 10pm so we could go sight seeing. Generally the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was - cereal, yoghurt, toast, tea/coffee, oj. Would of been nice to have something more like ham and cheese but with the price we couldn't really complain. Would have been nice if breakfast was until 10:30 instead of 9:30. The waitress in the morning could of done with a smile on her face.

We liked the location.
The hotel was in poor shape, very worn down. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear every bit of noise coming from the other rooms. The breakfast was very poor aswell, and staff weren't very polite. Eventhough the roomrate was low, it was still too high for a hotel in this category. We will definately not stay at this hotel again, and therefore not recommend it to anyone.

The place was clean, our room was neat. Thoroughly enjoyed coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities in the room. And there were comfortable beds.
